Day 1: Split , Croatia

An early morning departure as we travel by coach to Manchester airport for a flight to Split where we join our ship, Infinity, in the harbour.

After settling into our cabins, enjoy the afternoon in Split, with its magnificent Diocletian palace, once inhabited by the Roman emperor. This evening we will enjoy a cocktail reception on board and then we are free to explore the many restaurants in the delightful old town.

We stay overnight on-board Infinity in Split.

 

Day 2: Split – Bol - Hvar

This morning we cruise to Brač island where there is the opportunity to swim at the most famous beach in Dalmatia – Zlatni Rat near Bol. Later in the morning we continue towards the jet-set island of Hvar whilst enjoying lunch on board. Hvar is the longest and sunniest island in the Adriatic and is known for lavish lavender fields and breathtaking beauty.

We stay overnight in the port of Hvar.

Day 3 Hvar – Vis

Early morning cruise towards the small island of Biševo , where , weather permitting, we can take the opportunity to visit the mesmerising Blue cave before we continue to the island of Vis.

Vis is the furthest island from the Croatian Coast and has retained its lovely charm and natural beauty after being closed to the public until 1989. It is known for the tasty fresh seafood and local wines.  

We stay overnight in the port of Vis.

Day 4 Vis -  Korčula

A morning departure takes us towards the Island of Korčula best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. We will stop for lunch in one of the secluded bays en route.

An enchanting Island of timeless beauty and stunning little coves, we arrive in the fortified ancient town with its narrow walkways arranged in a herringbone style in time to explore and discover the historic sites.  We stay overnight in Korčula

Day 5 Korčula- Mljet

Today we cruise further south to the island of Mljet, Croatia’s greenest and possibly most beautiful, Island. Most of the island is covered in lush Mediterranean forest while vineyards, little farms and villages are dotted here and there.

Join the cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet National Park.

We enjoy dinner on board our ship tonight and stay overnight in the port of Polača or Pomena.

Day 6 Mljet – Slano

This morning’s  cruise takes us to the  small village of Slano, situated in a sheltered bay on the mainland, a peaceful fishermen’s village in an area known as the jewel of the Dubrovnik’s coast.  Surrounded by centuries-old olive groves , pristine treelined beaches and ancient Greek and Roman ruins in the forested hills this is a relaxing spot in a picturesque bay.

This evening is Captain’s dinner on board with entertainment.

Day 7 Slano - Dubrovnik

An early morning departure to Dubrovnik. The special charm of this ancient town are the buildings that have remained from the time of the old Dubrovnik Republic. Before we tie the ropes at Gruž harbour , we cruise alongside the old Dubrovnik city walls while lunch is served on deck. After docking, transfer to the old town for the guided walking tour of this magical town .

Day 8: Dubrovnik

Breakfast and time to say goodbye to the crew and all your new friends! Transfer to Dubrovnik airport for the flight and onward coach journey  home.
