Whitby is a picturesque seaside town situated on the Yorkshire Coast with quaint streets leading to the harbour which are now filled with curios, antiques and small gift shops.
Monday: We depart the Travel Centre this morning and make our way to Whitby with a stop en route. We aim to arrive at the hotel late afternoon.
Tuesday: Today we board the coach for a visit to Scampston Walled Garden, a contemporary garden with striking perennial meadow planting that explodes with colour in the summer.
Wednesday: This morning we take a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. Experience the age of steam, explore the stations and see the beautiful vistas of the North York Moors National Park on this journey you will never forget!
Thursday: Today is your free day to explore Whitby as you choose.
Friday: We bid a fond farewell to the hotel staff as we head back this morning to Hugglescote, arriving back late afternoon.

The hotel is well situated on Whitby’s West Cliff, just a few minutes stroll from the narrow streets and winding alleyways of this delightful, historic town. The seafront is a flat walk, although not to the town itself.
