One of the world's largest events of its kind.
RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire was one of the major bases used by the U.S Airforce during the cold war, accommodating the iconic B-52 bomber. The base was used in the Iraq and Gulf wars, and was Britain’s only abort landing site during the space shuttle missions.
The RAF Fairford Air Tattoo is one of the largest in the world, displaying military aircraft from all over the world, many of which perform fly-pasts and acrobatic displays during the event.
