The highlight of this tour is a visit to Beamish: The Living Museum of the North. The world famous open air museum tells the story of the north east of England in the Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian periods. Enjoy rides on the restored trams and replica buses and see attractions including a working farm, an authentic town street, the colliery village and a traditional coal fired Fish & Chip shop.

Another day sees us discover the captivating medieval city of Durham with a guide on the coach. There will also be some free time to explore.
