What groups are we able to cater for?

Whilst we can create a bespoke tour for any group type, here are some of our most popular groups.

We work with a number of local WI’s to organise bespoke day trips and tours across Europe, with recent trips ranging from flower shows, to West End Musicals, to European Adventures.

This is one of our most popular tour types! We can organise a fully bespoke tour – with the destination being a complete mystery until you arrive at your destination! (We can share the secret of where you are going, if you are the party leader!)

We are able to organise inspirational educational tours for Schools that fit within the school curriculum. We work closely with teachers to ensure that the tours are educational, exciting and fun!

Want to go away with a large of our friends – we can help you with this! Recent trips have included private hire of canal cruises, private dinner bookings at pubs and private tours of cities.

We can organise a wide range of trips for youth groups! From activity tours for Scouting & Guiding groups, Theatre trips for local drama and dance groups, to European adventures.

We provide land arrangements for many international groups every year. We provide bespoke tour packages built to show the passengers the very best the UK has to offer.

We cater to a large number of special interest groups including gardening groups, rambling groups and photography groups. We will build a truly bespoke tour to cater to your exact requirements.

Our team includes a specialist in Music tours, so we can provide choirs and bands a truly bespoke package including performances tailored to their requirements.

Roberts Travel Group operate over 400 tours annually and have a catalogue of sample itineraries for UK and European destinations. We will discuss your group’s requirements and preferences, and create a bespoke package for your group.

For tours, we would recommend first time trip organisers look 12 – 18 months ahead, whilst experienced trip organisers may want 9 months to plan. We want all prices to be as accessible as possible and whilst financial climates ebb and flow, giving group members a long lead in time will help them plan ahead. For day trips, we would recommend working at least 3 months ahead. We can organise tours with less lead time, so do let us know if you would like to organise a last minute trip for you and your group.

We’re able to organise every element for your group tour, from coach transport to accommodation, excursions and dining! Whatever your group’s needs are, our Group Travel Team can create a tailor-made travel package on your behalf.

We’re committed to assisting with any special requirements you may have, such as ground floor rooms due to mobility and dietary requirements. Our team kindly request that special requirements are briefed into us at the time of booking, and we’ll then do everything we can to secure these bespoke passenger requirements.

We’ll need the name of the single point of contact that we should liaise with for all aspects of your group booking, together with travel dates, number of passengers, ideal destination and excursions and the budget you’d like to work to.
