This spectacular annual event is once again featured on our programme. Having travelled to Greenock and Dublin in past years to participate in the colourful displays and vibrant atmosphere, we are heading north this year to the sea- faring City of Sunderland which has the honour to be the start port for The Tall Ships Races in 2018.
Tuesday: We depart the Travel Centre this morning and make our way to Durham with a stop en route. There will be an opportunity for some free time before we head to the hotel to freshen up in time for dinner.
Wednesday: We depart the hotel and head for Sunderland where a full day can be spent at leisure visiting the spectacular fleet of tall ships where there will also be plenty of land based entertainment for visitors and crews.
Thursday: We bid a fond farewell to the hotel this morning, stopping in Ripon before we return back to Hugglescote this afternoon.
